2. Iingenelo zentambo ye-polyethylene edityaniswe nge-cross-linked insulated cable
(1) Ukumelana nobushushu
I-polyethylene edibeneyo iguqulwa ngeendlela zeekhemikhali okanye zendalo ukuguqula isakhiwo se-molecular esithe ngqo sibe sisakhiwo senethiwekhi esinemilinganiselo emithathu, nto leyo ephucula kakhulu ukumelana nobushushu bezinto. (2) Ubushushu obuphezulu bokusebenza
Ubushushu bokusebenza obulinganisiweyo bomqhubi bunokufikelela kwi-90°C, obuphezulu kunobo beentambo zePVC zemveli okanye zepolyethylene ezigqunywe nge-insulation, ngaloo ndlela buphucula kakhulu amandla okuthwala intambo ngoku kunye nokhuseleko lokusebenza ixesha elide.
(3) Iipropati zoomatshini eziphezulu
Intambo egqunywe nge-polyethylene edityanisiweyo iseneempawu ezilungileyo ze-thermo-mechanical kubushushu obuphezulu, ukusebenza ngcono kokuguga kobushushu, kwaye inokugcina uzinzo loomatshini kwindawo enobushushu obuphezulu ixesha elide.
(4) Ubunzima obulula, ukufakwa okulula
Ubunzima bentambo egqunywe nge-polyethylene edityanisiweyo bulula kunobo beentambo eziqhelekileyo, kwaye ukufakwa kwayo akuthintelwanga kukuhla. Ifanelekile ngokukodwa kwiindawo zokwakha ezintsonkothileyo kunye neemeko zokufakelwa kweentambo ezinkulu.
(5) Ukusebenza ngcono kokusingqongileyo:
Intambo egqunywe nge-polyethylene ayinayo i-halogen, ayikhuphi iigesi ezinobuthi ngexesha lokutsha, ayinampembelelo ingako kwindalo esingqongileyo, kwaye ifanelekile ngakumbi kwiindawo ezineemfuno ezingqongqo zokukhusela indalo.
3. Iingenelo zokufakelwa nokugcinwa
(1) Ukuqina okuphezulu
Intambo ye-polyethylene egqunywe nge-crosslinked inamandla aphezulu okulwa nokwaluphala, ifanelekile ukugqunywa ixesha elide okanye ukuvezwa kwindawo engaphandle, nto leyo enciphisa ukuphindaphinda kokutshintshwa kwentambo.
(2) Ukuthembeka okuqinileyo kokugquma
Iimpawu ezibalaseleyo zokwambathisa i-polyethylene edityanisiweyo, enokumelana nombane ophezulu kunye namandla okuqhekeka, zinciphisa umngcipheko wokungaphumeleli kokwambathisa i-insulation kwizicelo zombane ophezulu.
(3) Iindleko zokulungisa eziphantsi
Ngenxa yokumelana nokugqwala kunye nokumelana nokuguga kweentambo ezifakwe i-polyethylene ezifakwe i-insulated, ubomi bazo benkonzo bude, nto leyo enciphisa iindleko zemihla ngemihla zokugcinwa kunye nokutshintshwa.

Ngenkqubo entsha yokudibanisa iintambo, inkqubo yokwenziwa kweentambo isebenza kakuhle kwaye inobuhlobo nokusingqongileyo.
